- Inspect products for any damage during transportation before installation.
- Ensure the foundation and supporting structure are level, stable, and compliant with project requirements.
- Clean the installation area to remove debris, dust, oil, or standing water.
Installation Process
- Place the composite manhole cover or grating accurately according to the design drawings or layout plan.
- Maintain an appropriate installation clearance (typically 5–10 mm) to allow for thermal expansion and ease of maintenance.
- Ensure the frame is firmly embedded and aligned with the road surface to prevent uneven load distribution.
- For intelligent manhole covers, confirm that sensors, communication modules, and power components are correctly installed and protected.
